JAMESTOWN – A 73-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to children in Jamestown.
City of Jamestown Police responded to a convenience store on the city’s westside around 7 p.m. Tuesday to investigate the alleged incident.
Since then, officers have charged Timothy Somnitz for first-degree public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was taken to Jamestown City Jail where police said he was held for court proceedings.
