WASHINGTON D.C. – It was a deadly weekend throughout the country, due to many more mass shootings.
Claiming at least 12 lives and more than double that injured, with many mass shooting incidents across the country.
In Philadelphia, three were killed and 12 were injured. in Chattanooga, Tennessee, two died and 12 others injured from gunfire. A third person died after being struck by a car while fleeing the gunman.
In Clarendon County, South Carolina, one died and 7 were injured at a graduation party. In Saginaw, Michigan, a shooting killed three people. In Mesa, Arizona, two people were killed and two others were injured at a nightclub shooting.
Many are now looking to capitol hill to pass gun control legislation.
