Jamestown Man Pleads Guilty To Trafficking Methamphetamine

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man has plead guilty to trafficking methamphetamine.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo says Luis Martinez faces a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years and a fine of $5,000,000 in connection with federal drug charges.

The 50-year-old was accused of selling methamphetamine in and around the Jamestown area in May and June 2020.











He was arrested in June 2020 in a vehicle on Price Street on an outstanding parole warrant.
