Two Individuals Charged with Trespassing

(WNY News Now) – Two Jamestown residents were charged with trespassing on 9/1/23 at 7:39 pm in the city of Jamestown. 

Jamestown – On the evening of September 1st, 2023, officers from the 2nd platoon discovered two individuals trespassing in the stairwell of the Cherry Street Ramp. The unauthorized presence of Lisa M. George, 41, and Kimberly E. Phanco, 35, both residents of Jamestown, led to their issuance of appearance tickets, requiring them to appear in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.

The subjects were not customers of the ramp at the time of the incident.
