(WNY News Now) – On November 12, 2023, at approximately 1:15 PM, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an altercation in the Town of Clymer, resulting in the arrest of a 26-year-old resident, on charges of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
Clymer – Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Clymer following a report of an altercation on November 12, 2023. Upon investigation, it was revealed that Jason A. Earle, 26, had allegedly caused damage to property that did not belong to him. Subsequently, Earle was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
The incident unfolded around 1:15 PM, prompting law enforcement intervention. Following the arrest, Earle was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment, where he will face charges related to the alleged property damage. Details regarding the specific nature of the altercation and the extent of the property damage were not immediately available.
Earle is expected to appear in court to address the charges.
