Domestic Dispute Leads to Criminal Mischief Charges in Jamestown

(WNY News Now) – A 31-year-old Jamestown man faces charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd after an alleged domestic dispute on the city’s East side.

Jamestown – On the evening of November 10, 2023, at approximately 7:50pm, Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon responded to an alleged disturbance on the East side. Shondell M. Hernandez was identified as the primary individual involved in a domestic dispute that resulted in property damage. The suspect left the scene on foot but was promptly located and taken into custody by responding officers.

Hernandez, 31, was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The charges filed against him include Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree.
