(WNY News Now) – The Next Chapter Bookstore, operated by Literacy Volunteers of Chautauqua County, is hosting its 4th Annual Holiday Basket Raffle, featuring 25 gift baskets with a range of enticing prizes, all contributing to the funding of essential literacy programs.
Chautauqua County – The holiday spirit is alive at The Next Chapter Bookstore as it hosts its 4th Annual Holiday Basket Raffle, an event made possible by the generosity of local businesses and community supporters. Featuring 25 gift baskets with values ranging from $75 to $200, the raffle includes an array of prizes such as Buffalo Bison tickets, Peek n’ Peak ski lift tickets, Home Depot drills, spa treatments, lottery tickets, gift cards, and cash. For those who prefer an in-person experience, The Next Chapter Bookstore itself is a hub for ticket sales. Offering sheets of 25 tickets for $10, 3 sheets for $25, or 6 sheets for $45, the bookstore provides an opportunity for everyone to participate. The lucky winners will be drawn on December 16 after the bookstore closes, and all winners will be contacted promptly.
Beyond the excitement of the raffle, visitors to The Next Chapter Bookstore are encouraged to get into the holiday spirit by sending letters to Santa and exploring the diverse selection of gently used books, priced mostly at $4 or less. The bookstore, located at 12 Park Place, Fredonia, boasts an extensive collection, including children’s books, fiction, non-fiction, history, politics, mystery, romance, and young adult literature.
Operated by Literacy Volunteers of Chautauqua County, The Next Chapter Bookstore is not just a literary haven but also a vital source of funding for literacy programs.
