(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A domestic dispute on the Southside led to the arrest of a 25-year-old Jamestown resident, on charges of Robbery 3rd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Responding to a domestic dispute call at 4:55 PM, Jamestown Police Department officers discovered Glenn Ratliff had allegedly pushed a female victim down, preventing her from getting up. During the incident, he damaged her hooded sweatshirt and stole her cell phone. The altercation occurred in the presence of a juvenile.

Ratliff was taken into custody without incident and is held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
