With discounts of 10%–20% on Audubon Community Nature Center’s regular prices, the Winter Birdseed Sale provides savings for you and support for Audubon’s nature education programs.
Audubon’s unique Conewango Blend was developed to attract favorite and common winter species of the region such as chickadees, cardinals, and titmice. There are also suet cakes for woodpeckers and a mix to attract finches.
Sunday, February 4, 2024, is the deadline for ordering: Call (716) 569-2345 during business hours or go online to AudubonCNC.org/shop.
Nature Center members receive an additional 10% discount on birdseed purchases.
Pick-up at Audubon is Saturday, February 17, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. You won’t even have to get out of your car, as volunteers will cheerfully load the fresh seed, direct from the supplier, right into your trunk. Call (716) 569-2345 ahead of time if you cannot pick up your order then.
As an additional bonus, come into the Blue Heron Gift Shop that day and receive a 10% discount on most merchandise, including a wide assortment of bird feeders and bird houses. For members, this is in addition to their usual 10% discount.

Audubon Community Nature Center is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, N.Y., and Warren, Pa. You can visit the nearly 600-acre nature preserve, check in on the live birds of prey, and hike, snowshoe or cross country ski over five miles of trails dawn until dusk daily for free.
The three-story Nature Center building houses interactive displays, a collection of live animals including the Hellbender exhibit, and the Blue Heron Gift Shop. Visitors are welcome Mondays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Sundays, 1 – 4:30 p.m. Nature Center members and SNAP/EBT cardholders have free building admission daily. Building admission is also free every Sunday for non-Nature Center members.
