    (WNY News Now) – Salamanca, NY – A Salamanca, New York, man has pleaded guilty to one count of forcible touching, resolving a pending indictment. The incident took place on August 27th, 2023, in the Town of Ellicottville.

    Troy Lafferty, a Salamanca resident has admitted guilt to a charge of forcible touching, resolving a pending legal case. The incident, occurring on August 27, 2023, in the Town of Ellicottville, involved non-consensual sexual contact.

    Lafferty is set to be sentenced on March 18, 2024.
