    (WNY News Now) – A 27-year old Jamestown resident was arrested on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree following a domestic incident on the south side of the city.

    Jamestown City Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Feb. 17, 2024 at 9:12 p.m. Officers, investigating a prior incident, heard yelling during a call with the victim. Upon arrival at the scene, they arrested Emanuel J. Pagan Colon. He faces charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Harassment 2nd Degree. Pagan Colon, held pending arraignment, awaits court proceedings in Jamestown City Court.
