(WNY News Now) – A 47-year old Salamanca, New York, man pleaded not guilty to a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (PL 220.16) (1), following an incident on or about August 8, 2023, in the City of Salamanca.
John Oyler, a Salamanca resident, entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment accusing him of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (PL 220.16) (1). The alleged incident took place on August 8, 2023, within the City of Salamanca, where Oyler is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a narcotic drug with the intent to sell.
The legal proceedings have been adjourned for motions. The defendant will await further developments in the case.
