(WNY News Now) – A 19-year old Olean man was arrested for Criminal Trespass at Walmart located at 1869 Plaza Dr, Allegany, following an investigation by Walmart loss prevention.
On Feb. 19, 2024, Marquez Gayton, 19, was apprehended by authorities in Allegany, NY, after Walmart loss prevention observed him trespassing within the store premises. The incident, classified as Criminal Trespass third degree under P.L. 140.10(A), unfolded at the Walmart located at 1869 Plaza Dr.
Gayton, a resident of Olean, was taken into custody and later released on a court appearance ticket.
