(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In a joint operation, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, with support from the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, executed a search warrant resulting in the arrest of five individuals and the discovery of narcotics and related paraphernalia at 47 Charles Street Lower Apartment.

On February 29th, 2024, at approximately 10:00 am, law enforcement agencies conducted a narcotics investigation, culminating in the execution of a search warrant at 47 Charles Street Lower Apartment, Jamestown. The operation involved members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, with the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team providing crucial assistance.

Upon entering the premises, the SWAT Team encountered seven individuals, all residents of the apartment. Subsequent searches uncovered 33.4 grams of Cocaine, a small quantity of Oxycodone pills, a small amount of Methamphetamine, $478.00 in USC, and equipment indicative of narcotics distribution, including scales and packaging.

The arrested individuals were identified as Sandra L. Pavlock (44), Larry L. Hicks (44), Larissa A. Pavlock (25), Robin M. Hadley (21), and Dontrel T. Buchanan (20), all of Jamestown. They were transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where they are currently held pending arraignment.

Charges vary among the suspects. Sandra L. Pavlock faces multiple charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia. Larry L. Hicks faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia. Larissa A. Pavlock, Robin M. Hadley, and Dontrel T. Buchanan are charged with Criminal Nuisance.

All defendants are facing allegations, and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Assisting agencies included the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Chautauqua County Emergency Services Tac Meds, and the Jamestown Fire Department.
