Brian T. Jones, 39, and Brittany M. Norris, 32, were arrested on charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd following a domestic dispute incident in Frewsburg on April 6, 2024.
On April 6, 2024 at 8:00 AM, Town of Carroll Police responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic dispute in the Village of Frewsburg. Officers arrived to find Brian T. Jones and Brittany M. Norris involved in the altercation. Following an investigation, it was determined that both parties were under a court order to stay away from each other, leading to their arrests for Criminal Contempt 2nd. They were subsequently taken to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
