(WNY News Now) – On April 9th, 2024, at 8:10 pm a 33-year-old Great Valley, NY, man was apprehended on an active felony bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court, leading to his subsequent detention.
In an enforcement action on Murray Ave in Salamanca, NY, law enforcement officers arrested Michael C. Walters, aged 33, for an outstanding felony bench warrant. The warrant, originating from a prior incident, was issued by Cattaraugus County Court. Walters, residing in Great Valley, NY, was promptly transported to Cattaraugus County Jail for processing. He awaits further legal proceedings as authorities pursue resolution on the charges outlined in CPL 530.70-3. As of now, Walters remains in custody without bail.
