Jamestown Police Officers conducted a warrant check at a North Side residence, resulting in the arrest of Eric R. Vangiesen (38 YO Male) on charges related to drug possession.
On April 13, 2024, at approximately 1:30 AM, Jamestown Police Officers executed a warrant check at a North Side residence, leading to the arrest of Eric R. Vangiesen (38 YO Male). During the encounter, officers discovered over a half ounce of methamphetamine in close proximity to a digital scale. Vangiesen was taken into custody without incident, and a subsequent search yielded a significant quantity of packaging materials. Consequently, Vangiesen faces charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd and 4th Degrees, along with two counts of Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. As of now, Vangiesen is held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
