They let him out by May 31st that I know of. They didn’t charge him, he’s a snitch. He’s responsible for an OD death on the 31st of May. The government didn’t do a proper investigation on that either and Judd is walking free to keep doing the same stuff he’s been doing for years. I also know almost an ounce qualifies as over 15 grams (he had 23 grams) which means he should have been charged with a Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Which also means he should be locked up for years. Up to ten I think. Not to mention his criminal record and past. It looks like it’s not exactly in his past though, but heavily in his future, and the present. He will continue to treat people as only a way to get what he wants; drugs and money. And it’s all because JPD can’t do their job and actually lock up the criminals. They don’t even have a police report for the death on the 31st. Or an obituary. But if you look or ask around town you won’t see or hear from a Rebecca Lynn Dahlgren anymore.

Rebecca L. Dalhgren, 34, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Officers were called at 10 a.m. on Thursday to Forest and Newland avenues for a woman reportedly driving under the influence. It was learned that Dahlgren allegedly struck another vehicle and left the scene. After fleeing into a house, she was taken to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
