In a recent incident, a 33-year-old woman from Angola faces petit larceny charges after allegedly shoplifting in Silver Creek, NY.
On May 19, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shoplifting incident at a business in the Village of Silver Creek, NY. After a thorough investigation, Courtney L. Faraci, a 33-year-old resident of Angola, NY, was identified as the suspect.
Faraci allegedly left the business premises without paying for merchandise. Following her identification and subsequent interview, Faraci was arrested on June 5, 2024. She has been charged with petit larceny under New York Penal Law 155.25. Faraci is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date to face the charges.
