(WNY News Now) – Springville, NY – On July 28, 2024, at approximately 12:00 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed a felony bench warrant arrest at 21 S. Cascade Dr., Springville. Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb announced that Richard O. Mclarney, 37, of Salamanca, was apprehended and taken into custody without incident.
Mclarney was arrested on a felony bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. He is currently being held at the Cattaraugus County Jail, awaiting arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
