(WNY News Now) – Olean, NY – In a dedicated effort to better serve Cattaraugus County veterans, the Director of Veterans Services is extending availability to multiple locations, ensuring veterans and their families have easier access to vital resources.

The Cattaraugus County Veterans Services is enhancing its outreach by offering in-person consultations at various locations throughout the county. This initiative is aimed at making VA benefit laws, the VA Healthcare System, and other veteran-related concerns more accessible to the community.

Throughout September 2024, the Director will be available at the following locations:

  • Gowanda, American Legion Post: September 4, 1:30-4:00 pm
  • Little Valley, American Legion Post: September 5 and 19, 1:30-4:00 pm
  • Little Valley Library: September 11, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Randolph, Town Clerk’s Office: September 17, 1:30-4:00 pm
  • Franklinville, American Legion Post: September 17, 1:30-4:00 pm

Note: Little Valley appointments have been temporarily moved to the Little Valley Library.

Appointments are required for all locations and can be scheduled by calling (716) 701-3298. Regular office hours in Olean are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm, with extended hours by appointment. If no appointments are scheduled, the Director will remain at the Olean office.
