Hennegan, 24, both of Buffalo, for their involvement in an armed home invasion robbery last December. State Supreme Court Justice M. The robbery occurred on December 23, 2023, when the two men entered a Manitoba Street home in Buffalo, armed with what appeared to be black pistols. They forcibly stole approximately $3,000 in cash from the occupants. Investigators later recovered two illegal weapons, matching the description of the guns used, from the defendants’ Fredro Street residence.

Hennegan’s parole GPS ankle monitor placed him at the crime scene, and a doorbell camera captured the suspects’ vehicle, further tying them to the incident. Both men pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery and burglary, class “B” violent felonies, on August 29, 2024.

Acting DA Keane praised the Buffalo Police Department and the Erie County Crime Analysis Center for their role in securing the convictions. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Frank A. Strano of the Major Crimes Bureau.
