(WNY News Now) – A collaborative investigation into suspected narcotics activity in the Town of Ellicott has led to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of drugs, weapons, and cash.

ELLICOTT, NY – A months-long investigation into narcotics activity at 185 E. Livingston Avenue concluded on December 18, 2024, with the execution of a search warrant involving multiple law enforcement agencies. Officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, Dunkirk Police Department, and the Town of Ellicott Police Department, supported by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT team, raided the residence, uncovering a significant cache of drugs and weapons.
Authorities seized 9.51 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, prescription pills, a semi-automatic rifle, a large-capacity magazine, scales, packaging materials for drug distribution, and $2,000 in cash.
Three suspects were taken into custody:
- Kevin Wright, 52, of Jamestown, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and 7th degrees, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd and 4th degrees.
- Michael Pace-Segura, 28, of Jamestown, NY, faced charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and 4th degrees.
- Donald Ruppert, 68, of the Town of Busti, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
Wright and Pace-Segura were transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment, while Ruppert was issued an appearance ticket and released.
