(WNY News Now) – A collaborative narcotics investigation across multiple law enforcement agencies has culminated in a significant drug seizure and the arrest of three individuals in Jamestown, NY.
JAMESTOWN, NY — In a major narcotics crackdown, authorities executed simultaneous search warrants at two locations in Jamestown, leading to the arrest of three individuals and the confiscation of substantial quantities of drugs, firearms, and cash.
The operation, carried out on Monday, December 30, by investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, Dunkirk Police Department, and the DEA, targeted 58 McKinley St. Lower Apartment and 40A Shirley Lane.

Investigators seized 298.8 grams of cocaine, packaging materials for narcotics distribution, scales, two handguns, an assault rifle, five high-capacity magazines, and $4,984 in cash.
Arrest Details:
- Frank C. Nazario (25): Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (1st and 3rd Degrees), Criminal Possession of a Weapon (2nd and 3rd Degrees), and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia (1st Degree).
- Joliet A. Santos-Guzman (22): Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (3rd Degree), Criminal Possession of a Weapon (2nd and 3rd Degrees), and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia (2nd Degree).
- Gabriel A. Galan-Alvarez (30): Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (1st Degree), Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia (2nd Degree).
All three suspects were arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court.
