Deputies Say Driver Was Intoxicated on Falconer Street
(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A 21-year-old Jamestown man is facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, following a traffic stop on Falconer Street in the early morning hours of June 28.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted the stop at approximately 1:27 a.m. and identified the driver as Blake Perry of Jamestown. Following an investigation at the scene, deputies determined that Perry was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
Perry was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and no stopping or standing on a highway. He was processed and released with appearance tickets for a future court date in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
