(WNY News Now) – Patrick C. Morton, 56, of Conewango, NY, was taken into custody on July 31, 2025, after deputies executed an active warrant in the Town of Conewango, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
On the morning of July 31, 2025, at approximately 9:03 AM, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Patrick C. Morton following a warrant execution at Goodwin Landing Road in Conewango, New York. The investigation confirmed Morton had an active Violation of Probation warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
Morton was subsequently transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
