(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – Two Jamestown residents were arrested following a fight at the 7-Eleven on North Main Street late Sunday night that left multiple individuals injured.

On October 5, 2025, at approximately 10:29 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Second Platoon responded to a report of a physical altercation involving several people at 518 N. Main Street. Upon arrival, officers found multiple individuals actively fighting and requested emergency medical services to assist those with apparent injuries.

According to police, the investigation determined that 34-year-old Darieli Rodriguez entered the store and began provoking customers before allegedly striking and biting one of the victims. 35-year-old Leonela Rodriguez, who accompanied her, also reportedly bit another victim, causing injury.

Both women were taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. Darieli Rodriguez was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, while Leonela Rodriguez was charged with Assault in the Third Degree.

Police said Darieli was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court, while Leonela was released on an appearance ticket. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
