(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown woman faces multiple charges after police say she left three young children unsupervised on several occasions late last year.

Officers with the Jamestown Police Department arrested Amanda M. Pearsall, 31, at approximately 2 p.m. on March 30, 2026, on East 2nd Street. The arrest was made on outstanding warrants related to alleged incidents in November 2025.

According to police, Pearsall was charged with 17 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Authorities allege that she left her three children—ages 5 months, 1 year, and 4 years—unsupervised inside a residence on multiple occasions.

Following her arrest, Pearsall was arraigned in Jamestown City Court. She was released and is scheduled to return to court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
