EAST MEAD TOWNSHIP (Pa.) – A Lakewood man allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a 12-year-old male during a time period of Aug. 18-20, 2017, on South Wayland Road, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. 

Donald C. Shriver, 74, of Lakewood, is charged with third-degree felony charges of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses.

Shriver is additionally charged with first-degree misdemeanor charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13, endangering the welfare of children and criminal attempt at indecent assault of a person less than 13.

Shriver was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

According to court documents obtained by WNYNewsNow on Wednesday, the charges have been “waived for court”, which means the case will be transferred to the PA Court of Common Pleas.
