Jamestown Man Charged With Stalking Following Domestic Violence Incident

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man is charged with stalking following a domestic violence incident Monday morning, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Police report that they responded to the area of Price Street for an unwanted person, later identified as Andre Richards, 19, of Jamestown. Richards is charged with fourth-degree stalking and second-degree aggravated harassment.

Richards was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
