
MAYVILLE – Four people have recently plead guilty to various charges in Chautauqua County Court, a court clerk tells WNYNewsNow.
Anthony Cunningham, no age or address given, plead guilty on Feb. 27 to third-degree attempted criminal possession of a narcotic drug (C Felony) and third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sentencing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., May 6.
Charles Baker, no age or address given, plead guilty on March 18 to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a B Felony. Baker was previously charged with third and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sentencing is scheduled for 9 a.m., May 13.
David Marracino, no age or address given, plead guilty March 29 to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a firearm, an E Felony. Marracino previously faced charges of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a firearm.
Sentencing is scheduled for 9 a.m., June 3.
Reinaldo Crespo, no age or address given, plead guilty Feb. 14 to second-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny, both Class A misdemeanors. Crespo was sentenced April 1 to one year in Chautauqua County Jail for the criminal trespass charge, and six months in County Jail for petit larceny.
The sentences will run concurrently. Crespo was also credited for 309 days that were already served at the time of sentencing.
