Lakewood Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Offense Of Minor

MEADVILLE (Pa.) – A Lakewood man plead guilty in Crawford County (Pa.) Court on April 4 to a third-degree felony charge of corruption of minors, according to court records obtained by WNYNewsNow.

In exchange for the plea from Donald C. Shriver, 74, charges of unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses, first-degree misdemeanor charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13, endangering the welfare of children and criminal attempt-indecent assault of a person less than 13 were dropped.

Shriver allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a 12-year-old male during a time period of Aug. 18-20, 2017, on South Wayland Road, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.











Shriver is scheduled for sentencing on May 24 at 8:45 a.m. in Crawford County Court.
