CHAUTAUQUA – Two people were arrested following a reported fight Tuesday morning on a Valley Street sidewalk, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Juan G. Rivera, 34, of Jamestown, allegedly fled on foot but was arrested a short distance away. Rivera is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
Delonte T. Fredrick, 20, of Dewittville, is charged with disorderly conduct. Both were transported to Chautauqua County Jail and held awaiting arraignment.
