Woman Charged After Allegedly Driving To Elementary School While Intoxicated

Sommer L. Donovan, 41 is charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated - BAC .18% or higher.

BEMUS POINT –  A Greenhurst woman is charged after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said she drove to Bemus Elementary School in an intoxicated state Wednesday morning.

Authorities said that, around 9 a.m., they were called to check the well being of Sommer L. Donovan, 41. Donovan was reportedly located in the driver seat of her vehicle.

Donovan is charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated – BAC .18% or higher.











Donovan was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
