JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man wanted for petit larceny was arrested following a foot pursuit Sunday evening in the area of East Second Street near Windsor Street, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Zachary A. Graves, 23, is charged with obstructing governmental administration in addition to the warrant. Graves was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
