JAMESTOWN – HAZMAT crews were requested to the scene of a tractor-trailer losing oil Thursday morning. Chautauqua County Fire Dispatch reports Jamestown Fire crews were dispatched to 150 Blackstone Ave., Jamestown Mattress Co., just before 9:30 a.m. The tractor-trailer reportedly lost its oil pan and the oil is now running into the sewer.
