Jamestown Man Arrested Following Alleged Stalking, Bike Theft

JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested after police said stalked a woman and stole her bike following a domestic dispute last week in the area of Liberty Street.

Jamestown Police charged Jonathan Rivera, 33, with petit larceny and fourth-degree stalking.

Police said Rivera allegedly made several unwanted calls and text messages to the victim.











When arrested near Lakeview Avenue and East 6th Street, Rivera was allegedly riding a bike stolen from the victim.

Rivera was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
