KENNEDY – A Kennedy woman was charged Tuesday after she allegedly punctured the tire of another individual unlawfully during an incident that was reported on May 10, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Alicia C. Tanner, 23, was issued an appearance ticket on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Tanner will appear in the Town of Poland Court at a later date.
