NEW ALBION – A City of Buffalo man was arrested after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department alleged he pointed an air rifle at another person last week during an incident in New Albion.

Michael Zacholski, 63, is charged with second-degree menacing after he allegedly pointed an air rifle at another person late Friday evening.

Zacholski was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

He is due back in the Town of New Albion Court at a later date.
