Four Killed In Vehicle Crash

BURNS – Four people were killed during a vehicle crash on Route 13C in the Town of Burns, Allegany County, early Saturday morning.

New York State Police said the vehicle, with five people inside, failed to stop at a t-intersection stop sign, struck an embankment and then a tree.

The surviving passenger was taken via Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital. Police said they are in stable condition.











Police said the victim’s names will not be released until notifications are made.

Troopers said New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Collision Reconstruction Unit assisted in this investigation.
