GREAT VALLEY – A Great Valley man was arrested Thursday morning after he allegedly slammed his girlfriend’s arm in a car door during a domestic incident on Halsaver Road, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

In addition, Noah J. LeBlanc allegedly took her cell phone before fleeing the scene so she couldn’t call 911.

LeBlanc was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

LeBlanc was arraigned in the Town of Great Valley Court. Deputies said he was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
