ALLEGANY – A Little Valley man was arrested after Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies said they responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Klices Cross Road Saturday evening.

Investigation reportedly revealed that the alleged actions of Elliot S. Koller, 31, towards an unnamed male were consistent with stalking.

Deputies said, in addition, Koller was allegedly harassing the male over the last several days.

Koller was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking. Koller was taken to the Town of Allegany Court for arraignment and he was released on his own recognizance.

A stay away order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
