FLORIDA – What would typically be one of the busiest weekends on Florida’s beaches is now a last-minute scramble to prepare for major hurricane.

Photos from the Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunters’ mission to gather information to help forecast hurricane Dorian show how massive the storm is.

Dorian is now forecast to be a category four storm by the time it slams the United States.

As officials urge people to get ready, the big question remains as to where will it hit?

The National Hurricane Center upgraded the storm on Thursday to a category two, with winds increasing up to 105 mph.

Dorian is expected to make landfall in Florida as a category 4 storm on Monday.

Every county in Florida is under a state of emergency as the state prepares for what may be the strongest hurricane to hit its east coast in nearly three decades.
