JAMESTOWN – A response to a fight at the parking lot at 7 W. 1st St. led to an arrest Friday morning, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Police said Dana A. Ulrich, 37, allegedly choked and physically restrained a victim.

In addition, officers said Ulrich was allegedly uncooperative during the arrest.

Ulrich was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Ulrich was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
