NORTH HARMONY – A 66-year-old Warsaw man died following a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 86 in the Town of North Harmony early Wednesday morning.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports Tommy L. Hyde was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The occupants of the other vehicle involved in the crash were not injured.
Deputies said the eastbound lane of I-86 was closed for several hours from Panama-Stedman Road to the Stow exit.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Deputies said the Chautauqua County Hazmat Team, Chautauqua County Accident Reconstruction Team and various local fire departments assisted them on scene.
