Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Motorcycle

POLAND – A Jamestown man was charged with driving while intoxicated after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to motorcyle crash on Route 394 Monday evening. 

Glen H. Leffew, 26, reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and laid the bike down on the shoulder of the roadway. Leffew was allegedly intoxicated and was subsequently arrested.

Leffew was released with traffic tickets after processing. Leffew will appear in Town of Poland Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or greater and moved from lane unsafely.











No injuries were reported.
