Jamestown Man Arrested After Allegedly Violating Court Order

JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested after New York State Police said he sent several text messages and attempted to call a woman he was ordered to stay away from.

Tyler Perrin, 23, is charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Troopers said they received a walk-in complaint from a woman reporting that Perrin had sent her several text messages and attempted to call her after he was served with a stay-away order stemming from a separate incident.

The victim provided phone records verifying her claim.

Perrin was arrested at his residence, processed at State Police Barracks in Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
