ELLICOTT – A Village of Falconer man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a credit card from a safe.
New York State Police charged Daniel Blake, 25, with petit larceny following an investigation Saturday.
Blake allegedly stole the victim’s credit card from a safe and used it for cash advances.
Troopers report Blake was arrested, processed and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
