GERRY – A Town of Gerry man was charged after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office alleged he engaged in sexual contact with another subject without consent in late July.
Henry C. Millard II, 61, is charged with third-degree sexual abuse following an investigation by deputies.
Investigators said Millard will answer the charge in the Town Of Gerry court at a later date.
No further details of the alleged incident were released to the media.
