JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after Jamestown Police alleged, he shoved a woman and child during a domestic dispute on Monday afternoon.
Police arrested Miguel Rodriguez, 54, at an address on Lincoln Street.
Rodriguez is accused of shoving a woman and child during a domestic incident.
Officers said he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
